What you'll need:

  • A PC running Windows XP, Windows 7 or Windows 8
  • A broadband internet connection
  • Your Neural Portal username and password
  • Microsoft .NET 4.0 Runtime*
  • Microsoft .NET Runtime PowerPack*
  • Adobe Reader X (or newer)*

We also strongly recommend:

  • Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 (required for direct Word and Office document format sending)
  • A modern web browser such as Google Chrome*, Firefox, Opera or Safari

 

* If you don't have these Communicator will try to install them for you

 

Mac:  Neural Communicator is not currently supported on Mac OSX, however it can be run within a VM or via the web applications.
