Can I port my existing number to Neural? (Other providers)

In some cases numbers form 3rd party providers and VoIP providers can be ported.  Please contact us with your specific requirements.
Numbers can always be ported from Telstra or Optus services.
If porting the number fails, the alternative is to port the number from your existing provider to either Telstra or Optus first and then to Neural.
Once the number has been ported to Telstra or Optus, please see the this page for more information:
