Firstly, please check your spam filter. Sometimes our automated invoice e-mails can be incorrectly picked up as spam. We recommend adding accounts@neural.com.au to your e-mail white list.
If you've confirmed your invoice hasn't been caught in your spam filter, please contact accounts immediately. We'll happily re-send it to you and confirm the details we have on file.
