How do I update my details on file?

1. Browse to https://portal.neural.net.au

2. Click My Details on the menu

3. Click Update Details on the sub-menu

4. Update your details as required

5. Click Save

Note: For security purposes, not all account details can be updated via Portal. To update details not listed on this page, please contact Neural accounts.
