If a user has forgotten their password, it can be reset through the Office 365 Admin panel. For details on accessing the admin panel, see the following article: https://neural.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/217622427
To reset the password, first display the list of users by selecting Users, then Active Users from the navigation menu
Select the user that requires the reset, then choose Reset Password from the right hand pane
You can optionally enter an email address to send a copy of the new password to, and force the user to change their password at next login. Should you choose not send an email, the password will be displayed once the reset button has been clicked.
Once you've clicked reset, the new password will be displayed on the next screen. If you didn't have this emailed, please ensure you copy this to a safe place.
